Feel free to call at any time. If Dr. Greenberg is unavailable, please
leave a message and she'll call you back as soon as she can. Dr.
Greenberg checks her voicemail frequently during regular business hours,
and twice daily during weekends. She may have more time to return your
message in the evening so it would be best to leave both your home and
work phone numbers.

Prior to the initial visit, you will be asked to fill out a biographical information form that lists information
about yourself, your history, and what you'd like to work on.

Individual, couple or family sessions are 50 minutes long; while group
therapy sessions are 90 minutes long.
When you feel you are near the end of your therapy, discuss this with
Dr. Greenberg. This allows time to review your progress and discuss
your transition so that you'll have a satisfactory completion of your
therapy.

Most insurance policies cover the services of a licensed psychologist.
You may wish to check with your insurance company's claims representative
about your benefits.
Non-reimbursed expenditures for therapy are considered medical expenses
for tax purposes.

All conversations between you and Dr. Greenberg are strictly
confidential, and are protected under California law. Nothing regarding
the content of Dr. Greenberg's communication with you will be revealed
to anyone (including other family members) without your written consent,
unless specifically required by law (for example, child abuse, or the
imminent threat of danger to you or others).
With your permission, the information provided to insurance companies
for reimbursement for services includes only a diagnosis, type of
treatment, and the dates of services and charges. If additional
information is requested (for instance, if you have managed care), Dr.
Greenberg will discuss it with you first.
